Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
- Your product needs to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition, you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Products that have a sealed box/package must still be sealed and undamaged (e.g Printer Cartridges and USB drives)
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
- Once we have received your item/product, we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt of your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via EFT only for the returned product.
Shipping of returned goods
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Handling Fees
- A handling/admin/processing fee of 10% may be charged when orders are canceled due to the customer not wanting the product/s.
- Special bulk orders will have either a handling fee or might not be refunded, depending on our supplier or manufacturer refund policy.

Returns

- Defective goods can either be replaced or refunded.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only products with factory defects will be accepted for a refund or replacement
